Terms & Policies

RESERVATION POLICIES: All appointments can be scheduled online through our scheduling page. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, you can do so using the scheduling page. You can also contact our office if you have any questions.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All appointments need to be canceled more than 24 hours in advance to avoid a late charge. Fees are equal to the cost of a missed appointment. Clients will be charged if they cancel less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment or do not show up for their session. This fee is monetary and can’t be used for future appointments. If the appointment was booked under a gift certificate, it will be voided in place of the fee.

MEDICAL CONCERNS: If you experience pain or discomfort during a session, it is important to immediately inform your therapist so that the service can be adjusted to your level of comfort. Our services are in no way a substitute for medical care. Please make sure to notify your therapist of all known medical conditions and injuries before your appointment, or any changes in your health and medical conditions.

Our massage therapists are not qualified to perform spinal or skeletal adjustments; nor are they qualified to diagnose, prescribe for, or treat physical or mental illness. Our massage services are entirely and strictly therapeutic and non-sexual in nature.

MEMBERSHIPS: Any unused massage services can be rolled over to the following month or gifted to family or a friend. These sessions become 50% discount offer if unused for two months or longer. All credits must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of membership purchase. Rates and discounts listed on the “Memberships” page apply.
